Moving!

Moving is always such a pain. I absolutely hate it, so much to think about so many things to do...
and worst of all clearing out my clothes. I don't think i know anything worse than organizing my clothes, i love them all but space restriction and shopping addiction do correspond. So for more clothes to come in some have to go...so here we go...

My Fashion favourites!!!

I have a few new fashion obsession (to add to a long list of allready existing ones.) Some quite unexpected and a few ones which have maybe been around for some time that i haven't really tried out...so here it goes decide for yourself whether or not this is worth anything at all...

1. Knee stockings - Perhaps old news for some, it hasn't been a very dominant trend in the fashion industry and personally it always reminded me of those horrible lace stockings we had to wear in school as a part of our uniform. But with a short, cute dress they give a nice retro vibe pair them with a pair of cool heels and you can't go wrong!

2. The felt hat - Is such a nice 70's touch and it really has been around for a long time, but i just haven't found the right one yet. So this is one of my missions to find the perfect hat...to be continued ;)

3. Black tights - Use them as pants and wear them with a striped shirt or a chuncky  knit sweater and you get this cool sort of 50's/60's look, which is simple and classic yet cool. Wear it with a pair of gorgeous pumps.

4. Hunter Boots - To say that i'm obsessed with them would be the understatement of the century. Wearing them with the knee stockings, a pair of shorts and a knitted sweater, will just make you look killer. Plus they're warm and they're wellies, perfect for me who lives in the country were rain seems to be the only forecast.

500 Days of Summer

Oh, if only. Living in a country with 200 days of rain a year can really take its toll on you. But honestly I do love having seasons change, I don't think I would be able to stand one typ of climate all year around. That said, as much as I do love summer there's something I love more, the transition between summer and autumn. It's that magical time, when the leaves start falling it's getting chilly, but only so much that you only need a nice warm cardigan. When the sun still shines and it's not gloomy and wet. Aah I love it even though it doesn't last very long it's amazing!

Todays outfit to accomidate my cozy feeling...

Summer Lunch

The summer is dissapearing so quickly, to the dismay of some but personally i love every season but from a style perspective autumn is my favourite season. When you get to bring out all the cozy knits and you can use your gorgeous trenchs again...

Anyways it felt likee the first day of autumn today for some reason, it just swept over me when i was having this beautiful lunch with my mom.

Today's outfit

I'm trying to embrace the new styles this season and as soon as I saw the Marc Jacobs show I set out and found this blouse. I'll talk more later on the other components...

Mornings...

Having the harsh acting industry daunting before me, I have commenced a training routine to keep in shape. It goes as follows.

-11:00 - Wake up, drink coffee (to boost metabolism), drink water, eat a piece of hard bread.
-11:15 - Jogging for forty five minutes, or till a huge lightning storm catches up with me.
-12:00 - One hour of cardio and yoga or pilates.

- Remaining time - do absolutley nothing at all...

Polka Dots

One of the big trends this season is polka dots. The Marc Jacobs W/F collection this season was filled almost exclusivley with polka dots. The dots are however a bit bigger than previous seasons, so most people probably won't have this in their closet, so if you are keen on keeping up invest in a piece with bigger dots. Try to wear it with a solid colour to avoid looking like a dalmation.

A fun detail, I painted my nails with this polka dot pattern, the base has a bit of a 50's vibe, and the pastels work for summer, but a darker base would work for autumn. Especially black and white.

When reading my blog you will see examples of fashion which are a reflection of my personal style incorporated with the latest from the fashion world. I have great insight to the industry so take my advice and you'll always be one step ahead in the fierce and exciting world that is fashion!!
There will also be a great deal of stories from my from time to time oh so ever dramatic life ;)
